Exploration of Global Religions Program

This class will study the most prevalent religions across the world.  The objective here is not to entertain theological arguments of comparative religion, rather to study the unique religious expression of different groups of people. This class aims to explore the existing perspectives of the “divine” with the hope of cultivating a broader, richer understanding of the world as a whole. Specific religions we will cover are Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism, Taoism & Confucianism, Judaism, Christianity, & Islam.
