HACIA Democracy (the Harvard Association Cultivating Inter-American Democracy) is program based from Harvard University.
The 2002-2003 Harvard Summit will be taking place in Guatemala City, Guatemala from March 21, 22 to 23.
This government simulation conference will bring together over 250 high school students to discuss the most "pressuring issues" affecting the Western Hemisphere. Students will play the roles of diplomats and politicians. They will have to negotiate and propose solutions.
