Saturday March 10, 8:30 a.m vs. El Salvador. O-3. With this result Nicaragua still had the chance to play for a medal.

Saturday March 10, 3 p.m –vs Escuela Americana de Guatemala.  ANS won 2-1 in over time.

The overall result for our team was: 2 wins, 1draw and three loses.

Beyond the results the entire ANS community is proud of the team because it is the first soccer medal an ANS male team has won in the last 15 years.  The medal won was the result of our players having trained hard from Monday to Saturday for the past seven months and having played approximately 25 preparatory matches.

Three Nicaraguan players were appointed as member of the “ALL STAR TEAM”: Nicolas Ibañez, Gerzan Ortiz and Enrique Gomez.

WELL DONE TIGERS!!
